Network Management
eRIC is the first vendor independent Remote Management Board,
which is based on an on board computing core. The integrated web server
together with the embedded operating system ensured highest availability
and stability - regardless of the state of the server itself.
Administrators work via eRIC on a remote system as if they were there

LARA
With
LARA the remote maintenance of servers via common communication
networks will reach a new dimension. Not only that LARA (up to 4
units in 1U) is the smallest IP extender-device in the marketplace;
LARA enhances simple KVM IP Extension by adding basic remote management
features like Power management, serial to IP extension or IPMI based
system management. This makes LARA the first System over IP extender.
Thereby
LARA provides the highest level of flexibility. Independent from
the system software of a server or a special client LARA fits easily
into existing IT-Environments (particularly KVM switching installations)
and allows rapid installation. Using the LAN, ISDN, DSL or an analogue
modem, almost every kind of data communication scenario is feasible.

1601
IP
KVM-Switch plus IP-Extender in one device
Remote maintenance of up to 16 servers can now
be easily realized with a single 1RU device thanks to 1601
IP. Functionality is as simple and thereby as safe as
you are accustomed to with eRIC and LARA.

1601 IP combines
a High-capacity-KVM-Switch with Peppercon's unique System-over-
IP-Technology (LARA). Local access via standard monitor,
Keyboard and mouse is still possible, additionally the Remote access
via Internet will be made possible as with all other Peppercon appliances.
With the external power supply block ePowerSwitch the Power management
from afar is no longer a problem.
The special Plus of the device is its price. Compared to the
purchase of a „common“ KVM-Switch plus IP-Extender, you save space
and money in the rack. But also compared to competition the Peppercon
1601 IP stands in the front row.
Features
- Switch und Extender compact and integrated in 1 RU
- No additional Software or licenses
- Fastest browser-based screen-video
- Integrated power-management with the
external power supply block ePowerSwitch
- Highest security with SSL Standard
